A tasting of the vintage Ports of the house of Graham’s (Symington Family Estates) took place in the wine restaurant Grand Cru on November 13.
Together with João Vasconcelos, Gustavo Devesas, and Sandro Khatiashvili, guests learned all about the history of the matchless Portuguese fortified wines, their qualities and production. Each vintage was paired with a special dish of the famous chef Adrian Quetglas. The grand finale of the evening was tasting Graham’s 20-year-old Tawny Port, which Gustavo Devesas personally poured for the guests from a Jereboam (4.5-liter bottle).
